Product Description

1. Specialty:
6116A Tricomponent Urea-Formaldehyde (UF) resin powder accord with E0, E1 grade of International Free formaldehyde Standard and also accord with the standard of JAS Water resisting property of Japan. This is one type of high grade UF resin powder, which is easy to disperse in water completely. The goods is convenient for use; It would increase the bonding strength obviously between ply-wood materials or timbers, and improve the mechanical property and water resistibility, which enhanced the process property of wooden products.

The above data is theoretical number or Lab Test Number, which is only a reference during customer's use. Every customer have to test the mixture percentage before put glue into use due to different produce conditions (such as dry process, machinery, management, produce surrounding, and wood species).

4. Usage Method:
1. Pretreatment for gluing wood material:
A) Moisture Content reach to 10 + 2%
B) Wood surface must be flat and smooth. Thickness Tolerance<0.1mm
2. Mixture of Glue
A) Mixture Ratio(weight): UF Powder: Water =1: ¡Ü0.5
B) Mixture Method:
Put 2/3 of the total needed water into mixer. Put base, modifier and hardener of UF powder. Switch on the mixer with speed of 50~150 rotations / minute till to being completely dissolved.
Then put the remained 1/3 water in mixer and churn about 3~5minutes till to being completely dissolved.
C) Active period of mixed glue is 4~8 hours.

After pressure relief, the glued board could be used on second day. In winter, board must be maintained at least 6 hours under temperature above 20oC before put into process.

5. Note:
1. The goods should be stored in a dry, ventilated location. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture.
2. Please seal the package immediately once the pack of UF powder has been opened to avoid moisture.
3. Avoid contact with eye. Once splashed into eyes, flush out with plenty of clean water. Consults doctor if necessary.
